A. No. The focus is on improving results from the systems you already use. Any system changes are only recommended where they make clear commercial sense.

Q. Is there a minimum engagement period?
A. Yes. Consulting packages generally require a minimum three-month engagement. This allows sufficient time to diagnose issues, implement changes, and measure meaningful results.
Q. Can unused consulting hours roll over to the next month?
A. No. Unused hours do not roll over. This approach ensures consistent progress rather than stop-start or reactive consulting. If we do not have the need for the full time allotment a credit will be issued to the following month.

A. Yes, where appropriate. Consulting may involve working with owners, managers, or front desk teams to improve systems usage, consistency, and operational performance.

A. All of our clients to date have seen significant performance improvements. While no consultant can guarantee performance, with the market conditions remaining the same we will increase your motels performance.
